Defective parts shall be promptly replaced and all associated shipping shall be free of charge. |
RETURN POLICY
All returns (non-defective parts) need RMAN (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). Returned items may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Also, all shipping charges (initial shipping at the time of purchase and the cost of returns) are not refundable. Software Licenses or code-keys are not accepted for returns.

products. DPP engineering will diligently coordinate the returns and replacement
of any defective product. Nevertheless, by submitting your order you are also
explicitly accepting to never hold DPP Engineering responsible for any sort of
liabilities due to damages either to individuals or properties whether direct,
implied or indirect related to these products.
